They have played tug-of-war together too. Zuma and Rubble are the youngest pups in the paw patrol. Zuma and Rubble are good friends and there is also not much between them to talk about either. Zuma and Marshall also remember a story very well that Ryder read to them and when Ryder was in trouble because he couldn't stop the bookmobile Zuma and Marshall used a quote from the book called Heidi Hopper and told him, "If you can't stop, hop!" Zuma was really impressed one time when he saw Marshall crash into the elevator like a pin ball and a random scoreboard was above the elevator showing Marshall scored a ton of points and Zuma called Marshall a pinball wizard. They have been on a few missions together. There are not really much memories between the two because Zuma and Marshall don't interact that much in the series. Zuma is also great friends with Marshall. The best moment of Zuma and Chase was in "Pups In a Fog" where Chase rode in Zuma's hovercraft to get to the lighthouse and the way it looked caused a ton of photo ops from fans and even caused Paw Patrol's facebook post a picture of Chase and Zuma in the hovercraft together showing that they are friends that have eachother's backs. They are very competitive towards each other as they have had drag races, had a Pup Pup Boogie competition, playing tug-of-war, and playing pup spar. They make a great team when they are in the water or heading to the lighthouse.
PAW PATROL ZUMA AND SKYE SERIES
Zuma is really great friends with Chase and the most moments between them was as usual, earlier in the series of Paw Patrol. The best moments of all time between Skye and Zuma was in "Pups Save a Mer-Pup" because they spent the entire episode talking about the Mer-Pups and wanting to meet them and when they finally did, they became Mer-Pups themselves and they enjoyed it more than the other pups did. Zuma and Skye were also the very first pups called for a mission in the series. They were even teamed up and charged up together as mighty pups to defeat Harold, Copycat, and Ladybird and also save Puplantis from being destroyed.
They have a lot in common, played together, stayed up all night together waiting for the Mer-Pups to show up so they can spend time with them, raced to the elevator, teamed up to play volleyball against the other pups, and so on. When season 6 started, their bonding started fading and they almost never said a word to each other or interacted, even when they are teamed up together in a mission in recent episodes, sometimes it's like they don't know they are even next to each other.Įven though Zuma knows that Rocky does not like water and would never purposely get him wet (unlike Marshall), there was one exception where Zuma wringed all of the water off of his fur and it all landed on Rocky and Rocky didn't like it. Their green and orange colors match very well and some would think they were brothers if they didn't know Zuma and Rocky. Zuma was very grateful for Rocky repairing his windsurfboard. Zuma has shown to be very concerned and worried when Rocky gets wet, is about to get wet, or if he is missing. In the earlier seasons, Zuma and Rocky spent a lot of time together and several Paw Patrol fans thought of them as best friends with great moments in episodes like "Pups Save the Easter Egg Hunt", "Pups Save a Friend", and "Pups Save a Windsurfing Pig".Įven though they have strong differences with water, Zuma really bonded with Rocky for a while and always makes sure he doesn't get wet. Zuma gets along with all of the pups quite well and there are some times where he is closer with some pups at times.
He is also another main pup in the Paw Patrol and his main duties are anything usually related to water which is why he is the least chosen pup of the original six because not all missions involve water. He loves the water, surfing, and he talks like a surfer and always uses the word "dude" in almost every sentence (he even calls Skye dude). He has brown fur all over, a fluffy tail, floppy ears, amber eyes, and a big brown nose. Zuma is a chocolate labrador retriever pup.Įarlier in the series, he had a slight speech impediment where he couldn't pronounce his R's correctly but now it has faded away.
